With apparent serial number 39471.
Approximate dimensions overall: 74 high x 36 wide x 23 1/2 inches deep..
Provenance: From the Estate of Joseph M Forbes.
Condition: Has not been tested, but the mechanism appears to be in restored condition and looks good. Some wear to the exterior, mainly the base.
