Possibly Yuan to Ming Dynasty.
Finely potted, a slightly compressed globular body, applied a single long continuous tendril, coiling and suspending four evenly spaced lotus flower heads. Above this are continuous bands of lappets to the foot. The shallow domed cover is decorated with four evenly spaced molded lotus flower heads surmounted by an elephant finial. The entire piece is covered with an olive green glaze and enhanced with irregularly spaced brown patches. Atop a finely carved hardwood base and is reserved in a cylindrical tin box.
