The vase has a cylindrical neck with a cupped rim, which is painted with a layered band of lotus and scrolling foliage in orange, green, and pink. The tall body of the vase is adorned with scattered front-facing dragon roundels and clouds, outlined in underglaze blue and colored with green, yellow, iron red, and purple enamels. The recessed base of the vase is painted with a wide double ring in underglaze blue.
