Possibly Ming Dynasty.
Heavily potted deep bowl rising from a short cylindrical foot, covered overall with a sea green glaze suffused with a matrix of russet crackle, the bottom left unglazed revealing the stoneware burnt brownish-orange in the firing, with a fitted wooden base.
Diameter 9 inches (22.8 cm).
Provenance: With a purchased invoice from NAGATANI, Inc, Chicago, 04/24/1969.
Condition: Some unremovable black spots on the side of the wall, dents and glaze losses to the interior.
