The carved and painted wood figure with left hand on heart, the right hand held up with pointer and thumb extended, standing on square base with cut corners.
Approximate dimensions: 64 1/4 inches high..
Condition: Significant patina and wear throughout. Paint loss. Some splits to wood. Pointer finger is separated and attached with putty. Repair to thumb.
Exact period is unknown. The piece has wear that indicates at least 19th century.
