A Canton export fan on gilt decorated black lacquer sticks and guards, the hand-painted paper leaf depicting four pairs of figures in a scene of daily life activities, housed in a case with thin glass on both sides and a black lacquered shadow box frame.
Approximate dimensions: 16 1/2 x 25 3/4 inches (41.9 x 65.4 cm).
Condition: Surface scratches, chips, and cracks. Ask the Asian Art Department for more information.
