Designed as the profile of a woman wearing an elaborate headdress, the head, neck and parts of the headdress comprised of carved mother-of-pearl, the headdress further accented by single and full-cut diamonds, the background featuring a carved black onyx segment, set in a 14k yellow gold pendant enhancer mounting measuring approximately 72 x 46 mm, suspended from a 14k yellow gold chain, completed by a mother-of-pearl and diamond tongue and groove clasp with figure eight safety, forming a 15 1/2 inch necklace.
