Comprising: first is a white jade carving of a house gate, intricately carved to depict a pair of movable doors under a tiled roof, surrounded by a gnarled pine tree and a banana tree, the polished stone of an even white tone, with a wood stand second is a well-carved pale celadon jade carving of an elderly sage and an immortal in a cave setting, the softly polished stone of pale-green tone with occasional natural brown patches on the surface, and the third is a pierced carved flat base rockwork, decorated with plum blossoms and lingzhi mushroom with a carved fitted base.
Widest is 6 3/8 inches (16.1 cm).
Condition: Surface grime and chips to carvings. Dings, losses, and heavy wear to stands. Ask the Asian Art Department for more information.
