Each panel is of rectangular form, finely painted and enameled, depicting peacocks, long tailed birds, cranes and other colorful birds, flying or walking upon and under flowering trees and bamboo. Each bears an oval apocryphal imperial seal mark, set in a rosewood frame.
Approximate largest frame size: 19 1/2 x 14 1/2 inches (49.5 x 36.8 cm).
