Paintings on paper comprising a standing female figure wearing a blue dress, set against a green ground and a scene depicting two men on an elephant , against a blue ground with script to the bottom and top.
c. 1650 in pencil to the standing female corner.
Approximate dimensions: Standing female frame 17 1/4 high x 13 1/4 inches wide, female painting 8 high x 5 inches wide, elephant frame 12 3/8 high x 9 1/4 inches wide, elephant painting 7 1/2 high x 4 3/8 inches wide..
Condition: Standing female with holes, likely from insect damage, and some loss to paper. Some later backing to one corner. Paint in good condition. The elephant painting with several similar holes, and later backing with repainting to the top left corner. Neither piece has been inspected outside the frames.
