The first is a finely potted short-necked vessel, a slightly rounded body is decorated to the sides with two four-clawed sinuous dragons leaping amidst flames, the recessed base painted with a double-lined circle in underglaze blue the second is a rare cone disc form vessel of the compressed body, supported on a slightly spread foot shapely raise to a protruding middle section and ending with a short mouth rim, the exterior finely painted with a three-clawed sinuous dragon in pursuing a Tibetan style cluster of Ruyi form flame, the underside is similarly decorated with two further flames, all against a pale celadon crackled ground.
Height of the vessel: 4 5/8 inches (11.75 cm) diameter of the coupe: 3 3/4 inches (9.5 cm).
Condition: Some wear to the surface, minor dents.
